  • Once an order is placed it will be fulfilled. We do not CANCEL orders.
  • All orders are processed within 2-8 business days.  Expected delivery is 5-12 business days following shipment date.  We are located in New England so sometimes winter weather may cause a delay.  If you’re concerned, let us know and we will update you on status.
  • It is your responsibility to provide correct shipping info. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are recorded as delivered.  Please ensure you have a secure location for your deliveries.
  • If items are able to be shipped outside the US, additional shipping costs apply.


All returns MUST BE APPROVED via email - email us at to initiate your return or exchange.

  • Returns are eligible for store credit only. Occasional exchanges may be possible (see below).
  • Returns/Exchanges must be initiated and approved via email to within 10 days of delivery.  Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, pet hair and with all tags attached. Returns/Exchanges not meeting these guidelines will not be accepted and will be forfeited. We will not ship them back to you. 

We offer the following return options:

  • Ship to us at your expense and we will issue a Refund in the form of Store Credit via an electronic gift card via email for the amount paid for the item (shipping not included).  
  • All of our items are produced and stocked in limited quantities. Therefore, Exchange is not always possible.
  • If you want to Exchange for the same item in a different size, FIRST contact us via email at to inquire if it is available. If the item is in stock, then you ship the original item to us at your expense and we will cover shipping back to you on the size exchange.  ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE APPROVED BY EMAIL PRIOR TO SENDING THE ITEM BACK TO BE CERTAIN WE HAVE THE EXCHANGE AVAILABLE.
  • FINAL sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Please note: The original shipping charge is non-refundable and you are responsible for paying return shipping.
